Returns Policy for ScntsDesign
At ScntsDesign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we have a straightforward returns policy to assist you.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
